By using Buzz the Super ("Buzz", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. "You" refers to any tenant, building owner, contractor, or other user of the Service.
Buzz provides AI-powered building maintenance management including:
Tenants: You agree to provide accurate descriptions of issues and to grant reasonable access for repairs. In emergencies (gas leaks, fire, flooding), always call 911 first.
Building Owners: You are responsible for maintaining accurate building information, responding to approval requests in a timely manner, and paying for contracted services.
Contractors: You agree to provide accurate availability, show up for confirmed appointments, and perform work to professional standards.
Buzz uses artificial intelligence to diagnose issues and provide guidance. While our AI is designed to be helpful and accurate:
Buzz is not a substitute for emergency services. For fire, gas leaks, sewage backup, structural emergencies, or threats to personal safety, call 911 immediately. Buzz will attempt to detect emergencies and direct you to call emergency services, but this should not be relied upon as your only safety measure.
Buzz charges prepaid credits for the activities it performs for you, at the prices published at buzzthesuper.com/pricing. One credit costs $1, plus sales tax where it applies. Service prices and any recurring charges are shown before activation. Credits are bought in advance. Saving a card does not authorize automatic refills: these require separate approval and a monthly purchase limit and can be switched off. Purchased credits do not expire; promotional credits have their own eligibility, limits and expiry. Purchased credits are not refundable for money; unused reservations are released when the associated paid work is cancelled. Paid services use the responsible company’s or homeowner’s authorized credits; reporting an issue does not make the caller the payer. Contractor costs for repairs are separate and billed as quoted. There are no long-term contracts — you may stop using Buzz at any time.
By texting or calling Buzz's phone number, you consent to receive SMS and voice communications related to your maintenance requests. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.
The Buzz service, including its AI models, software, designs, and branding, are the property of Buzz the Super. You retain ownership of any photos, videos, or content you submit, but grant Buzz a license to use this content for providing and improving the Service.
Buzz provides its service "as is." We are not liable for:
Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate at any time. Building owners may cancel their subscription effective at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the Service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
