- Promotional credits and trials require an approved offer with its own allowance, eligible services and expiration. Sales tax is added to credit purchases where it applies.
- Automatic refills are off unless you explicitly authorize them. When authorized, Buzz buys 50 credits when your balance falls below 10 credits, within the monthly purchase limit you choose. Adding a card alone does not authorize refills.
- Purchased credits do not expire and are not refunded as money. Promotional credits retain their original expiration and eligible services when returned. Eligible cancellations return credits to their original funding source.
- Residents and clients never pay. The manager and the pro pay; a homeowner with no manager is their own manager.
- Printed mail costs what it takes to print and post, plus 80%, rounded up to whole credits.
